Cassandra Squires
1989 - 2017

Cassandra was born on June 16, 1989, in Suffern, New York, to Alan Squires and Bernadette Figliacconi. Cassandra lived in a small town called Maybrook, New York, with her parents and older sister, Melissa, until the age of two. The family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where her sister, Rebecca, was born in 1991. One year later, they moved to Orem, Utah. Cassandra grew up in Orem where she learned to play the piano from her Aunt Denise. She loved being a cheerleader at Lake Ridge Jr. High School, babysat the neighborhood children and practiced Tae Kwon Do with her sisters and her father. She received her yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do and broke a wooden board in half. She loved being with her dad. Cassandra's smile and laughter brought joy and happiness to everyone in her life. She loved spending time with her children. She did not judge others and if she witnessed someone in pain, she would be the first person to offer comfort. Cassandra Squires passed from this life August 30, 2017.
