GEORGE E. BOOR

George Egbert Boor of Woodbury died on August 14, 1960 at his home. He was born on July 15, 1877, at Buck Valley, Fulton County the son of the late Michael Miller and Mary Jane (Divelbiss) Boor.

Mr. Boor was married to Hulda B. Elbin on August 10, 1899.

Mrs. Boor survives along with the following children: Guy Boor, Sr., of Dansville, NY; Orville, of Lyons, NY, and Hilary of Woodbury. A brother, Barton Fillmore Boor, of Ottawa, IL, twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren also survive.

He was a member of the Lebanon Christian Church.

Funeral services were held August 17, 1960 at 11 a.m. in the Fairview Christian Church. Reverend Henry May officiated, assisted by Reverend Walter M. Twigg.

Interment was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were made under the direction of the Conner Funeral Home.
