Marie, 94, died at the Gardens at St. Henry.

She was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Brunswick) Post. She married twice and survived both husbands. On Apr 12, 1944, she married Leonard J. Koesters, and on Jan 7, 1984, Paul J. Ranly.

Surviving are seven daughters: Jean (Elmer) Mueller, Yorkshire, Joan (Gerald 'Hap') Brunswick, Anna, Charlene (Lou) Grieshop, Kathy (Roger) Broerman, Becky (David) Rammel and Judy (Jack) Gaerke, Ft. Recovery, and Mary (Matt) Cahill, St. Henry; six sons: Jim (Pat), Springboro, Bill (Kathy), Carthagena, Michael (Jane), London, and Nick (Darlene), Steven (Joyce) and Frank (Diana) Koesters, all St. Henry; three sisters: Lucille Stahl, St. Henry, Donna (Vernon) Huber, Maria Stein, and Dorothy Keller, Ft. Wayne, IN; and forty-six grandchildren, one hundred and thirty-eight great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a grandchild and great-grandchild; two sisters: Margaret Kinder and Bernadette Fullenkamp; and three brothers: Ralph Post, Eddie Post and Wally Post.

A homemaker, she was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Wendelin, and the Church’s Ladies Sodality. She enjoyed dancing, playing the organ and accordion, as well as fishing, bowling, and playing cards. She had a talent crocheting, and she made blankets for each of her children, grandchildren, and even the great grandchildren. She was proud of the large family she raised and loved spending time with all of them.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Wendelin Cemetery, Wendelin.
