Early Life: Cathy was born May 11, 1947, the daughter of Blaine Worthy and Dorothy Margie Sandberg Baldwin.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: Cathy was well known for being selfless, giving and loved everyone unconditionally. She was a natural caregiver and spent her career in healthcare where she spread cheer and healing to anyone she came into contact with. She was passionate about healthcare and helping the sick. In her free time, she loved spending time with her husband and family. She loved nature and enjoyed camping and going on nature rides to look at wildlife. Cathy was a true disciple of Christ and was an example to all around her of living a Christ-like life. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many callings, including: stake Primary president, where she loved working with the children. She also served alongside her husband when he was called to be bishop in a BYU young single adult ward. Cathy Irene Baldwin Eddington passed away peacefully at her home in Pleasant Grove, Utah, on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was 70 year old.
Survived By: Her loving and devoted husband of almost 50 years, Jerry Eddington; they were blessed with four children: Wayne, Paul, Jennifer and Timothy; also happily blessed by their grandchildren: Alec, Hannah and Ethan; and one great granddaughter, Parker.
