Funeral services were conducted today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Mrs. Joseph Schnell, 82, who died Monday in Los Angeles, California. The Rev. Peter J. Leketas, pastor, officiated in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Pallbeareres were John Weigel, James Wesley, Felix Weigel, Eugene M. Wein, Sylvester Adler and Melvin Wein.
Members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Conducted a service at the Rembs Chapel.
The former Mary Ann Blum was a native of Slinger, Wisconsin where she was born December 8, 1886. She received her education in Marshfield and lived here for about 40 years before moving to California.
She was married in Kaukauna in 1905 to Joseph Schnell who survives her. Other survivors are six daughters, three sons, 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren
