FUNERALS
Robert L. Chinn
Funeral services for Robert L. Chinn were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Waggener & Campbell chapel by Rev. Albert Hill of Somers. During the service Mrs. B. McKinley and Mrs. Fred Cross sang two appropriate hymn selections. Friends acting as pall bearers were Edward Hanton, Fred A. Cross, Lee Cassel, William Kleinhaus, Frank Redpath, and Kenneth Hellen. Interment was in the Conrad Memorial cemetery.
OBITUARY
Robert Lincoln Chinn was born March 30, 1868, at Gentryville, Indiana. He grew up in Indiana and then came west. He spent a number of years in Seattle, and in 1913 came to the Flathead and with the exception of a few years, made his home here since that time. He had been an invalid for the past 16 years and made his home in Kalispell and Somers with his two sisters. He passed away January 23, 1940, at the age of 71 years at the home of his niece, Mrs. Harry Pierson, at Somers. He is survived by his two sisters, Mrs. Emma Boyd of Kalispell and Mrs. C. H. Small of Somers, and several nieces and nephews.
