BURTON, Juanita J. (nee: Maddix), 84, of Morrow, died on Monday, May 29, 2017. Born on November 3, 1932 to Roscoe and Eva (nee: Tackett) Maddix in Carter County, KY. Juanita attended the Morrow Church of the Nazarene where she was a volunteer and a Sunday School Teacher. She was very patriotic and loved supporting the troops.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Samuel Burton, one brother, Kenneth Maddix, two sister in laws, Louise Maddix and Loretta Maddix.
She is survived by her son, Samuel (Joy) Burton of Blanchester, Sandi (Ron) Hagemeyer of Jacksonville, FL, two brothers, Jimmie and Roy Maddix, two sisters, Pauline Lowe and Edith Fisher, five grandchildren, Vicki Black, John Hagemeyer, Staff Sargent Jessup Burton, Samantha Burton and Kayla Burton, five great grandchildren, Liam Donald, Curtis Burton, Jania Burton, Cora Hagemeyer and Matthew Samuel Burton.
Visitation, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM at Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Olive Hill Memorial Park in Olive Hill, KY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Blanchester Church of the Nazarene.
