Services for Gertrude C. Ostrander 70, of West Groton Road, who died Monday at her home, will be at 1 p.m. today at Wade Funeral Home, 22 Church St., Moravia. Burial will be in North Lansing Cemetery.
A native of Groton, Mrs. Ostrander resided most of her life in Locke. She was employed with Cornell Orchards.
Mrs. Ostrander was a member of the auxiliary of Post 7126, Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are her husband, Charles; two sons, James of Locke and Gerald of Lansing; a brother, Herbert Moravia of Groton; four sisters, Hazel Brind of Richford, and Lila Dean, Ruby Metzgar and Minnie Cuatt, all of Ithaca; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Contributions may be made to the Four Town First Aid Squad or the Locke Fire Department Rescue Squad.
