NORTH LANSING – Miss Rose Moravia died at the home of her uncle, Erwin Weeks in Locke, on Thursday morning after several weeks' illness. She was aged 13 years and is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Moravia and three sisters. The funeral was held at the M. E. Church on Saturday, Rev. H. E. Springer of Locke officiated. Young boys acted as bearers followed by young girls with flowers, which they threw into the grave. – Genoa Tribune, Friday, July 2, 1909
