SHREVEPORT, LA - A Graveside service for Geneva Bozeman Speights, 95, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday April 9, 2011 at Forest Park West Cemetery. Officiating will be Chaplain Hank Crooms.
Geneva was born in Alto, TX on April 16, 1915 to Obed G. and Marie Bozeman. She passed away on April 7, 2011 in Shreveport, LA. She was a retired teacher from Caddo Parish Board.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James M. Speights, son, Robert G. Speights and daughter, Mary Jimmerson. Geneva is survived by 2 daughters, Melva S. Sasser and husband, Max, Yvonne S. Young and husband, Billy; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
