SHREVEPORT, LA- Graveside services for Hayden Guill Bozeman, 84, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Forest Park West Cemetery. Military rites will be given by the U. S. Naval Reserves.
The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel, Friday, May 16, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Mr. Bozeman was born on July 26, 1923 to Obed and Martha Hayden Bozeman. He passed away on May 14, 2008 at his residence in Shreveport. Mr. Bozeman was a Veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a former Commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 4049, Keithville, LA. He worked in building construction as a roofer. He was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Onette Bozeman; brothers, Gilbert and Buster Bozeman; sisters, Oretha Cox, Agnes Hawthorne and son-in-law, Steve Bobbitt.
He is survived by daughters, Sherry Lowe, Kathy Bobbitt and Susan Johnson and husband, Dee; sisters, Avo Bonner and Geneva Speights; grandchildren, Gregory Criddle and wife Marion, Timothy Criddle, Amanda Lowe, Jacob Johnson and Logan Johnson and great-grandchildren, Madaline and Grace Criddle.
