Sabine was born in Chieti, Italy. She married Giustino DeMarco, and on February 2, 1900 they had their first child Arturo (later known as Arthur). In 1901, they immigrated to New York City, America. From there, they settled in Rhode Island where Giustino worked as a jeweler. In 1904, he and Sabine had their second child Esterina (later known as Esther).

In 1906, the family moved to Philadelphia where they had three more children: Guido on April 1, 1908, Arnold on January 21, 1916, and Nicolo (later known as Nicholas) on December 25, 1916. During her life in Philadelphia, Sabine worked as a housekeeper. I930, she lived on South Ninth Street with her husband, Esther, and Arnold.
