The writing on the 1870 Federal Census return is so faded that it's almost impossible to read most details, but both Elizabeth B and James A looks like {?}their under one years old and I believe that they are twins. It looks to me that their ages are 3/12, which would make their birth month Feb. Elizabeth gives Feb. 1869 as her month and year of birth in the 1900 Federal Census return, so possibly the age given in the census is 1 3/12. His Death Return states his cause of death was "injuries received on P. R. R." James is buried in the same Section and Lot as his parents.
