Carlo Ferri
Carlo Ferri, for many years a stone mason and resident of West Chester, husband of the late Concetta Ferri of 117 Magnolia st., West Chester, died Saturday morning in his 87th year.
Mr. Ferri was born in Teramo, Italy and was well known in Wilmington, De., as well as West Chester for his stone mason work.
He was a member of the St. Agnes RC Church and the Italian Social Club, both of West Chester.
Surviving are six daughters, Mary, wife of Joseph Malavolta, with whom he had resided for the past year; Filomena, wife of Paul Hall, Marshallton; Jennie wife of the late Benny Bonino, Coatesville; Adele, wife of John Cianci, Wilmington; Anna, wife of Laymon M. Simmons, 20 Giunta Ave., West Chester; Connie, wife of Edward Lamborn, New Castle, Del.; one son, Joseph of Coatesville.
Also surviving are 25 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
One daughter, Rose Dimatteo, died in 1956.

Relatives and friends also members of the Italian Social Club are invited to attend the funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, West Chester, on Wednesday, May 31st at 10 o'clock a.m. High Requiem Mass at St. Agnes Church at 11 o'clock. Interment at St. Agnes Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral hoe on Tuesday evening after 7 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Cancer Fund would be appreciated by the family.
