MRS. SLANGER SUCCUMBS AT CRISMAN HOME
Mrs. Lillian A. Slanger, aged 55, died Saturday afternoon in her home in Crisman. She had been ill for four years with pulmony tuberculois. Mrs. Slanger was born in Porter county and resided thoughout her entire life in this vicinity. She was married to Henry Slanger in 1902.
Surviving besides the husband are three sons, Garret of Chicago; Arthur of Valpariso and Walter at home; one daughter Mrs. George Schlobohm, of Boone Grove and four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 1 o'clock from the McCool Lutheran church. Rev. J. A. Bescherer will officiate. Burial will be McCool cemetery. The Pflughoeft Undertakers of Hobart have charge of arrangements.

The funeral of Mrs. Lillian A. Slanger who passed away at her home in Crisman Saturday after being ill for four years with pulmonary tuberculosis was held Tuesday afternoon. Services were held at the home at 1 o'clock and at the McCool Lutheran church at 2 o'clock with the Rev. J.A. Bescherer officiating. Following her death Saturday she was brought here to the Pflughoeft funeral home, but was taken back to her home in Crisman Sunday. Besides her husband, Henry, she is survivied by three sons, Garrett of Chicago, Arthur of Valparaiso and Walter of Crisman; one daughter, Mrs. George Schlobohm of Boone Grove and four grandchidlren. Burial was made in McCool Cemetery.
