Profession Football Player and Coach. Jesse A. Quatse was an American football offensive tackle in the National Football League for the 1933 Green Bay Packers, 1933-34 Pittsburgh Pirates, and the 1935 New York Giants. He had also played in the second AFL in 1936 for the New York Yankees. In 1937, he coached the Pittsburgh Americans of the second American Football League. Prior to his professional football career, Quatse played college football at the University of Pittsburgh and was a 1931 Consensus All-American. He graduated with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery.
