WOODLAND - Cyrus Maines, 62, of Woodland R. D. died at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20 in Bradford Township.
Mr. Maines was born July 2, 1901 in Bradford Township, a son of the late James and Minnie (Ross) Maines.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred, and these children: Mrs. Verda Graffius, William H. Maines and Mrs. Dorothy Mable, all of Woodland R. D.; Mrs. Rose Ann McBride, Bigler; Mrs. Virginia Steele, Hawk Run; Mrs. Vera Spade, Clearfield and Iona, Bonnie, Lillian, Donna and Cyrus Jr., all at home.
He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. nancy Graffius and Mrs. Zella Dixon, both of Woodland, R. D.; Ferdinand Maines, Woodland; Thomas Maines, Meadville and Mitchell Maines, Philipsburg.
Funeral services will be held from the Kenneth J. Nicholson Funeral Home at Clearfield Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Homer Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.
