Bob was a disabled veteran of WWII. He served in the Military Police and Border Patrol. He had been head of maintenance at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, California. He also worked for many years as a dispatcher in the Los Alamos Fire Department. He was an electrician and had a ranch in Ojo Caliente.
In 1969, Bob married Agneda Sanchez, a teacher in the Rio Arriba County Schools. They resided in Alcalde and then moved to Albuquerque. They also had a winter home in Brownsville, Texas.
Viewing was on 21 Nov 2003 Metropolitan Direct Burial, San Mateo, south of Lomas in Albuquerque. Memorial Mass was on 22 Nov 2003 at St. Therese Church in Albuquerque.
