Eunice M., second child of Agnes Caroline and Thomas Patrick Mitchell, was born in Fairfield County, SC on 18 Nov 1868. She graduated from Due West Female College, June 1885, and was married at her father's residence in Fairfield County, SC, 8 May 1889, to R. George Brice of the same county, son of Calvin Brice, Rev.'s J. T. Chalmers and R. G. Miller officiating.

Eunice and George Brice had two children:
George Wallace Brice b. 2 Oct 1891
Olive Brice b. 16 Dec 1893

The family lived in Woodwards, Fairfield County, SC.
