She was a native of Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late John and Lennie Elizabeth Jones Wilson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Logan Edwards; two daughters, Erie Cantrell and Louise Ramsey; two brothers, Millard Wilson and Julius Wilson; and four sisters, Lois Ellis, Vertie Poteat, Ida Humphries and Dorie Padgett.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, a daughter, a sister, 14 grandchildren,and a number of great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
