Robert Ira Moore passed away early Thursday morning at his home on Second avenue east. Mr. Moore was 61 years of age and came to Kalispell 36 years ago. He had charge of the traffic department for Kalispell Mercantile Co. until his retirement a few years ago. He was active in civic affairs and had been honored with high offices in Kiwanis and Masonic circles.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Moore, at home: three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Clark, of Creston, Mrs. Georgia Flottman and Mrs. Dorothy Manning of Kalispell; and a son, Maurice Moore, now in Alaska.
