Anna G. (Mummert) Becker, 100 years old, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2023, with loving family by her side.

She was the wife of the late Allen L. Becker. They were married 56 years until his passing.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband Allen, a son Larry Becker, a daughter Sherrie Warner, grandson Frank Swayze, granddaughter Hope Heston, great grandsons Braydon Warner, Patrick Becker, and Doyle Stottlemyer, Daughter-in-law Patricia Becker.

She also outlived all her siblings Mable, Heneritta, Geraldine, Fran, Charles, Howard, and Lester.

She is survived by daughters Peggy (Wayne) Baublitz and Cindy Stambaugh of Spring Grove, sons Lynn Becker of Hanover and John Becker (Deb) of Spring Grove, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Anna started her working career as a waitress at the McAllister Hotel and Hanover Moose. She then became a machine operator at Revonah Spinning Mill.

She was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Hanover.

Anna enjoyed spending time with her family from family reunions to Christmas, family was very important to her. She also enjoyed reading, camping, playing cards, casino trips, and scratching lottery tickets.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., a memorial service will begin at 11a.m. at Wetzel Funeral Home in Hanover, PA. Burial will be at Marburg Memorial Gardens following the service.

In lieu of flowers, Anna would like Memorial Contributions made in her name to the Hanover VNA Hospice or the Four Diamonds at Penn State Children's Hospital.
