ELLIOTT, Louise Age 96 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016. She was born on September 22, 1920 in Pineville, Kentucky to Sol and Sedelia Hoskins. Louise attended Pineville High School and graduated from Business School in Louisville, Kentucky. She served as treasurer for more than 20 years at both the Hamilton Safety Council and the Stahlheber Baptist Church, where she was a member. She became a certified CPA in her eighties and was a proud member of the Kentucky Colonels. Louise is survived by her daughter Judith Powers; grandchildren Greta Powers and Benjamin (Karen) Powers; grandson David Powers; special niece Nancy Louise Owens; and many more nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by Roy E. Elliott, siblings Clifford, Wilma Jean, "Little Jack" Hoskins; and her son in law Benjamin Henry Powers. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:30am on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Stahlheber Baptist Church, 1800 Stahlheber Road Hamilton, Ohio 45013. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday at the church with Pastor Dennis Betts officiating. Interment will follow in Millville Cemetery.
