Obituary: Clarion News 26 May 1977 p 16 - Frank C. "Cub" Myers, 70, of Clarion died Monday, May 23, 1977, at his home. Born Nov. 3, 1906, in Clarion County, he was a son of the late James C. and Margaret Smith Myers. Surviving are two brothers, Walter Myers of Clarion and William Myers of Butler; his step-mother, Mrs. Mary Myers of Clarion, and eight half-sisters, Mrs. Francis ( Margaret) Kern of Waukegan, Illinois, Mrs. Vicent (Betty) Zacherl of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Robert (Dolores) Croyle of Rimersburg, and Nevada Myers, Mrs. Gervace (Mary) Wolbert, Mrs. Lorena Young, Mrs. Frances Ganoe and Mrs. Clyde (Nell) Basinger all of Clarion. Graveside services were at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Clarion Cemetery with the Rev. George S. Crooks officiating. The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion was in charge of arrangements.
