Fay H. White was the 2nd child of Joseph Christopher White and Bessie Marie Harris born in Erwin, Unicoi Co., Tennessee. He lived in Cincinnati for a time before moving permanently to the Fort Worth area to start a recycling business which flourished over 25 years.

OBITUARY: Fay Howard White, 83, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2016. Graveside service: 3 p.m. Saturday in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Greenwood. Fay was born Sept. 9, 1933, in Erwin, Tenn., to Bessie Crovato (nee Harris) and Christopher White. He moved to Fort Worth in the early sixties and in 1964 started Whites Recycling. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jr. White; sisters, Geneva Rochelle and Wanda Niven; and grandson, Christopher Stanislawski. Survivors: Children, Howard Fay White, Barbie Stanislawski and husband, August, and Chris White; grandchildren, Nathan White, Elizabeth Anne White, Timon White, Toby Henderson, Michael Stanislawski, Christian Rosch, Alisha Wood, Marcy Satterfield, Brandon Stanislawski, Matthew Stanislawski and Isaac Stanislawski; brothers J.D. White and Fred White; and sister, Thelma.
