Joseph C. White Jr., 75, died Saturday, July 6, 2013. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Friday in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Joe will always be remembered for his kindness to his family, employees and their families, customers, and business partners. Joe was a creative thinker and invented the first aluminum can baler. He was owner and CEO of Industrial Scrap Materials, Inc., located in Fort Worth, TX which primarily operated in the Ferrous Metal Scrap and Waste within the Wholesale Trade - Durable Goods sector. The company was established on 4 March 1974 and operated for approximately 46 years until his death in 2013. He fought a courageous battle of severe diabetes and kidney failure requiring dialysis treatment.
