Thomas J. Megargee died Sunday at his home, 16 Garden Place. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by his widow, Mary; one son, Thomas J.; one daughter, Patricia; seven sisters, Mrs. John Connolly, Miss Anne Megargee, Mrs. Albert Orme, Miss Agnes Megargee, Mrs. W. W. Wilkinson, Mrs. B. A. Tunnell and Miss Mildred Megargee; and four brothers, S. Edwin, Henry P., J. Wilfrid and Lawrence A.
Funeral took place at 9:30 this morning; thence to St. Charles Borromeo's Church, Sidney Place and Livingston Street, where solemn requiem mass was offered. Interment was at New Cathedral Cemetery, Philadelphia, under direction of Jere J. Cronin, Inc., 115 Atlantic Avenue.
