Kurtis M. Teel, 32, of 4629 Los Feliz Blvd., Los Angeles, lead guitarist and music arranger for popular singer Rita Coolidge, died Monday in the Los Angeles Medical Center.
He was a son of Ray and Margaret (Yost) Teel of Gettysburg.
Survivors include his paternal grandparents, Paul and Edith (Renner) Teel of Lady Lake, Fla., formerly of Plainfield Township.
The Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West St., Wind Gap, is in charge of arrangements.
