HILLER, Robert F., age 92, passed away Saturday, February 18, 1989.

Hiller was born June 27, 1896 in Alhambra, IL. He graduated from Quincy, IL Business College, receiving a degree in accounting & business. He was employed by Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Co. in 1930 which merged with Cities Service Oil Co. in 1941. He retired in 1961 as administrative assistant to the president. Prior to his employment with Cities Service he was employed with the old Pierce Oil Co. working in Texas City & Tampico, Mexico.

During WWI, Hiller served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of VFW Post No. 1857, longtime member of the Methodist Church. Member of the After Five Club, AARP, an avid golfer & bowler & member of the Petroleum Bowling League.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, daughter, Barbara McCollum of OKC, 4 grandchildren, Ross McCollum Jr. & Pamela Sue McCollum, both of Dallas, TX, Dennis Patric McCollum & wife, Kathy of Tulsa & Kelley Eileen McCollum, who is in Moscow USSR, attending Pushkin University & a brother, Albert of Alhambra, IL.

Graveside services conducted by Rev. Jerry Walker of the Baptist Temple Church Tuesday, February 21, at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 3900 S.E. 29. Directed by Guardian West Funeral Home.
