Mrs. Bridget Mulloy, widow of Patrick Mulloy, died yesterday at her home, corner of Fourth and Sycamore streets. Mrs. Mulloy was a member of St. Columba Church and was a devoted Christian. She will be missed by many who have been benefited by her charitable deeds. She leaves several children.
Bridget Codyre was born in Rahoon Parish, Galway. She was married 21 January 1836 in New Village Townland (Ballinew), Rahoon, Galway. Seven of her eight children were born in Rahoon Parish. The family migrated to the United States in about 1855. They are recorded living in Nashville in the 1860 census.
