Our beloved ''Emmie,'' age 99, died May 9, 1991, in Bountiful, Utah of a stroke following a long life of loving service.
She was born in Mendon, Utah, April 23, 1892 to Thomas and Sarah Jeffs Hughes. She married Victor Anderson, who preceded her in death in 1930. She worked as a beautician for many years in Salt Lake. She was a member of the LDS Church, Bountiful 23rd Ward.
She is survived by Beryl Nisbet, daughter, Bountiful; and Victor Jay Anderson, son, Layton; seven grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 13, 1991, at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, at 12 noon. Viewing will be Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and from 11-11:45 a.m. prior to the funeral. Interment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Salt Lake City.
