Young Man Residing Near That City Passed Away at Hospital Here Early Monday Evening
Plano, Dec. 11 - Frank Bear, well known and highly respected young farmer of this vicinity, passed away at the St. Joseph's hospital in Centerville at about 6:00 o'clock Monday evening. He had just been taken there for treatment, being a sufferer from heart trouble and a complication of ailments. He would have ben 28 years of age had he lived until Wednesday.
Mr. Bear resided on the Stephan Davison farm, north of Plano. He is survived by the wife and one daughter, Charlotte, aged six. He also leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. O.B. Bear of Plano, and the following sisters and brothers. Miss Ella Bear, Des Moines; Mrs. C.A. Peterson, Centerville; Dewey Bear, Centerville; Robert Bear, of near Griffinsville; Charley Bear, in North Dakota; Mrs. Ola Sager of Kansas.
Mr. Bear was a member of the I.O.O.F. lodge, and was one of the well known young men of Plano vicinity where he has made his home since childhood. The entire community joins the bereaved ones in mourning his untimely death.
Funeral arrangements have not been made, awaiting word from relatives at a distance.
LATER - Funeral services for Frank A. Bear will be held Wednesday afternoon, December 12, at 2:00 o'clock from the Christian church at Plano.
