SHREVEPORT, LA - A graveside memorial service will be held to honor the life of Robert Hoffman Nance, 69, native of Shreveport, Louisiana and resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Forest Park Cemetery on St. Vincent Avenue in Shreveport.
Bob was a kind and loving husband and father, and a member of the Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid adventurer with a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Bob was preceded in death by his twin brother, Bill Nance, and his sister, Susie Nance. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, his children Rob and Kate, his brother, Jim Nance, and his sister, Ann Casto. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
