"Mrs. William Sackett
Charlotte Hedden Sackett, aged 75 years, entered into rest Sunday morning, April 15th, at the home of her son Charles, with whom she has lived since the death of her husband which occurred fourteen years ago. Although in frail health for several months her death came as a shock to her family and friends. Heart failure caused her immediate death. Besides her son she leaves one daughter, three sisters, two brothers and one granddaughter, Elda Sackett.
Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 2'clock, Rev. H.R. LaVere and Rev. C.E. Hill officiating. Interment was made in Morley Cemetery.
The pall bearers were A.C. Johnston, John Lawrence, R.J. Johnston and James Morgan. Friends from Massena, Ogdensburg, Russell, Canton and Norfolk attended the funeral."
