Molly was the dau of William York b Stonington in 1705 and Hannah Palmer b 1694 in Stonington. Molly died about 1820.

Molly married Amos Palmer Nov 5, 1749 in North Stonington, New London Co., CT.

They were married by Amos' father Elder Wait Palmer, in the First Baptist Church organized in 1743. Elder Wait Palmer was chosen its pastor and was ordained the same year.

The meeting house/church was located eight miles from Pawcatuck bridge and two miles south of Pendleton Hill.
