Agnes Boulton Walter, daughter of Thomas Ustick Walter and Mary Ann Elizabeth Hancocks, was a native of Pennsylvania. Her mother Mary Ann died when Agnes was just nine days old. She married John Glenn Cook, son of Columbus Edwin Cook and Catherine Grafflin, on 20 Oct 1870. The couple settled in Baltimore, Maryland. Agnes died at the age of 68 and was interred in Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville, Baltimore, Maryland on 22 Feb 1915.
