Born March 22, 1931 in Upper Pottsgrove, he was the son of the late Clifton Amole and the late Emily Carl Nichols. He resided in DE for 17 years before moving back to West Chester in 1998. He was a member Calvary Lutheran Church of West Chester and a former member of the Fame Fire Company of West Chester, PA. He enjoyed crossword puzzles. He worked as a printer for 18 years at the Daily Local News and retired as a printer after 30 years from the Wilmington News Journal.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Bonnie Lou Antonelli, of Newark, DE, and Sherie Lynn Boulden, of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by 1 son, David E. Amole.
The service and interment will be private in Oaklands Cemetery.
