Your memorial shows the same person as Benjamin's wife and sister. The website The Pennocks of Primitive Hall (http://www.pennock.ws/surnames/fam/fam07755.html) shows a sister Mary born 23 Dec 1742. US & International Marriage Records on Ancestry.com and the following website shows that he was married to Mary Parvin born 19 Mar 1736.
