McCoy, Patricia B., 76, of Sandston, went to be with the lord on Sunday November 17, 2013. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Katherine and Kearney Baldwin; and son Troy L. McCoy. She is survived by her daughters, Catherine Foote (Robert), Lisa McCoy; grandchildren, Tiffany McCoy, Monica and William Foote, Priscilla, Chris, Alex, and Brittany McCoy; one great grandchild, Ariel, and one other great grandchild which is expected to be born any day; sisters, Mary Phillips, Jan Lee Estes, Connie Montgomery; brother Harold "Inky" Baldwin; daughter-in-law, Diane McCoy, and many other family members and friends.
Patricia had 36 years of service at the State Compensation Board, and was an honors graduate at John Marshall High School in 1956. Most of all Patricia enjoyed being with her family, and being a very loving mother and grandmother. The family would like to express their gratitude to Ms. Sherry Hicks Patricia's caregiver and to Hospice of Virginia for all of their support and special care.
