A lifelong Clinton County resident, she was a drill press operator at Indiana Brass Manufacturing Co., Inc. Shew as a member of Woodside Christian Church.
She was born on January 6, 1930, in Frankfort to Alva Lawrence and Frances Cleo Blystone Louks, who both survive.
She married James E. McQuade on February 8, 1951, and he also survives.

Frankfort; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Sara) McQuade,
Lafayette; Mrs. Eddie (Becky) Crabtree, Frankfort; and Mrs. Lee (Mally) Carlson, Fort Ord., California; five sisters, Mrs. Paul (Wilma) Parnell, Inverness, Florida; Mrs. Robert (Betty) Newhart, Walkerton; Mrs. Raymond (Belva Lou) Langston, Rossville; and Mrs. Maxine Meneely, West Lafayette; Mrs. Louis (Mary Ann) Kramer, Effingham, Ill; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Woodside Christian
Church with the Rev. Keith Noel officiating.
Burial will be in Scotland Cemetery.
