Anna Fae Dugger, 82, passed away Wednesday. She was born in Chattanooga, OK to Charlie & Flo Wainscott and attended Putnam City High School. Anna Fae worked for many years as a bookkeeper and executive secretary for Leadership Properties. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Heard & husband Richard; sister-in-law, Kay Wainscott; and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 40 years, Charles W. Dugger; brother, Clayton Wainscott; and daughter, Sheryl Cline. Private services will be held by the family.
