CHURCH HILL – Mrs. Sally Anderson Lawson, 33, of Church Hill, died at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville at 2:45 a.m. Friday after a short illness.
Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Valley Center Church and burial will be in Chapman Cemetery.
Mrs. Lawson was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County. Survivors include her husband, George Lawson; parents, Mr. And Mrs. Henderson Anderson, Church Hill; 11 brothers and sisters, Mrs. A. D. Barker, Mrs. E. D. Arnold, Mrs. Bertha Anderson and Lark Anderson, Kingsport; Misses Lassie and Nellie Anderson, Mrs. Raymond Alley, Mrs. Woodrow Loyd and Fuller Anderson, Church Hill; and Lawrence and Steve Anderson, Surgoinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
The body will be removed to the home Saturday from Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home.
