Mrs. Quiner, a native of Washington, D.C., was the widow of Chuck Quiner. She had retired from the Norfolk Naval Supply Ceneter. She was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Bartlett Davis of Virginia Beach, and a brother, John A. Bartlett of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Karl Crowe. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Fairmont Park United Methodist Church.
