Chiro. Acquittal Haled as Victory
Dr O F Waldram, chiropractor of Fillmore, who was recently tried for manslaughter following the death of Seymour Brunson, when it was alleged that an adjustment given by Waldram resulted in fractures of the spine, was acquitted of the charge, according to C B Johnson, Ogden chiropractor, who was a witness at the hearing.

Dr Johnson was called as an expert witness and testified that no man has sufficient strength to break the segments of the spine by any chiropractic method known.

Brunson is alleged to have given a dying statement in which he charged that his neck was broken by an adjustment. The trial brought on a bitter fight between the chiropractors and members of the medical profession and the acquittal is regarded as a great victory by the chiropractors according to Dr Johnson.
