Florine Tomlin Williams., 93, of Montgomery, AL, passed away at home on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Mrs. Williams was born August 30, 1922, in Selma, AL. to the late J. Floyd and Carrie S. Tomlin, Florine attended schools in Selma until her senior year in high school when her father was transferred to Albany, GA, where she graduated in 1940. She attended Georgia State College for Women, Troy University, and Valdosta State University, where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration in June 1975. She earned her CPA on July 20, 1977. She then started her business in CPA in Georgia moving it to Alabama in later year. She was a member of the Eastern Hills Baptist Church and a participant of the Adams/Beard Sunday School Class.
