Life's Work/Service/Interests: Marsha worked at the Utah State Developmental Center for 28 years as a caregiver and a supervisor where she loved the clients she worked with and they loved her. She enjoyed crafting, creating projects with her hands. She loved the outdoors, having picnics with family and friends. She was always fascinated by sunsets. However, her most important thing in life was her family and she cherished the time she had with them. Marsha Neil returned back to her Father in Heaven May 11, 2016.
Survived By: Her daughter, Jaylene (Allen) Kelson; seven brothers and sisters: Marsha Dean Taylor, James Buddy (Gayleene) Neil, Julia Neil, Dennis Neil, Arlene (Chad) Oldham, Sheldon (Jody) Neil, Terry (Debbie) Neil, Darren (Sandy) Neil; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Preceded In Death By: Her daughter, Tamra Neil Warburton; her parents; and a sister, Cora Ann Isabell.
