CECIL RONALD PLUMLEY - Born Feb. 13, 1919, died Aug. 18, 1995, age 76 years, 6 months, and 5 days. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII and was employed in the steel mills and was a retired farmer. Surviving are three brothers; John Plumley, J.A. Plumley, and D.D. Plumley and four sisters; Lucille Skeens, Velora Elkins, Nancy Hill, and Cassleen Freeman. Funeral services will be at the Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV, Sunday, Aug. 20, 1995 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Russell Adkins officiating. Interment will be in Plumley Cemetery, Sias (Big Laurel Rd.) WV with Military Graveside Rites by American Legion Post 111, Hamlin, WV.
He was preceded in death by one brother; Sudrick Plumley, in 1969, and one sister; Ethel Plumley, in 1931.
