Was born march 11, 1942 in Augusta, Texas to Pennington and Mallie Hatch Curvey. She was the second youngest of 14 children. She attended Ralph Bunch High School in Crockett, Texas. She was a Christian.
She moved to Houston to live with her eldest Sister (Tannie) and attended Emma Hughes Beauty College.
She worked for Harris County and the U.S. Postal service until she retired to take care of her mother.
She was definitely a caregiver to her family and a very good cook.
Later years she moved to San Antonio, Texas where she married David E. Williams. They joined the Wheatley Heights Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor L. D. Williams. She was a caregiver to her husband until his death while battling her own illness.
They had one son David, Jr. and a Step Daughter Gloriadel Jones.
Her parents preceded her in death. Twelve siblings also preceded her:(Girls) Geneva, Ella, Lorenia,Mary,Tannie and Ola Francis. (Boys) Troy, Sr., Will Earnest, Sr., Artist, Sr., Pennington, Jr., Joe, Sr., and Eotis.
She leaves a host of Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and relatives.
