Mr. C. KENNETH "Peck" BUSSARD, 70, of 117 W. Main Street, Middletown, died Saturday, Oct. 21, at Frederick Memorial Hospital He was the husband of Anna Gertrude Lighter Bussard, to whom he was married for 50 years. Born June 3, 1925, in Middletown, he was a son of the late Harry L. and Mildred C. Shepley Bussard.
He was the owner of Bussard's Barber Shop in Middletown for 30 years and after his retirement worked with his son at Bussards Augo Repair on West Patrict Street, Frederick, for the past five years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his stepmother, Anna L. Delauter Bussard, Middletown; two sons, Larry K. and Barry A., both of Middletown; two grandsons; seven brothers and sisters: Ruth Zier, Frederick; H. Elwood Bussard, Hagerstown; Marianna Keeney, Camden, De.; Jane Rith, Sterling Heights, Mich.; Harriet Hahn, Mercersburg, Pa.; Joycelee Leather, Myersville; and Robert D. Bussard, Middletown.
Services were held at the Zion Lutheran Church, Middletown; interment in the lutheran Cemetery, Middletown.
