Jack Eugene Jones, age 79, of Russellville died Sunday, April 17, 2016, at the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock.
He was born Aug. 10, 1936, at Weir, Kan., to the late Walter and Melinda Jones. He enjoyed bingo and sitting and visiting with friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Tom Jones, Corwin Jones and his twin brother, Sam Jones.
Survivors include Gregory Jones of Berryville, Doug Jones (Jaynie) of Pottsville, Ramona Clair (David) of Russellville, Clinton Jones (Donna) of Dover, Cynthia Phonvilai (Khamvien) of Russellville; brothers, Jerry Jones of Missouri and Donnie Jones of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Nichole Bragg (Dennis) of Russellville, Jerry Biggs (Tanya) of Taipei, Taiwan, Cody Jones, Wesley Jones (Ashley) and Deanna Jones, all of Dardanelle, Jacklyn S. Phonvilai, Joshua Phonvilai and Isaac Phonvilai, all of Russellville, Sarah Jones of Russellville, Syriliean Peden Jones of Berryville and Dylan Jones of Dover; great-grandchildren, Jaiden Bragg, Zachary Chisum, C.J. and Chase Ledford of Russellville, Maddix and Rylee Jones of Dardanelle and Paislee Jones.
Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016, at Hosey Hill Cemetery in Weir, Kan.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle.
